What we clear
Brush clearing & lot cleanup
Tall grass, weeds, saplings and brush on residential lots, acreage and commercial properties, including behind buildings, along drainage edges and on vacant lots that need to be presentable or buildable.
Pasture & acreage reclaiming
Pastures that have grown up in brush, vines and small trees. Common Southeast Texas regrowth includes Chinese tallow, yaupon, privet, McCartney rose and briars. We review the vegetation and stem sizes from your photos and match the attachment to the job.
Fence-line & access-path clearing
Clear overgrowth along fence lines so you can repair, replace or maintain fence. Open up lanes, trails, hunting access and equipment paths.
Recurring brush maintenance
After the first cleanup, schedule follow-up cutting for pasture edges, fence lines and access routes. Visit timing follows regrowth, site conditions and your needs.
Wooded areas we clear near Sealy
Southeast Texas brush isn't one thing. It changes with the land, and our high-flow Kubota skid steers handle all of it. These are the wooded and brushy areas where we do the most good:
Bellville, Cat Spring and New Ulm: Austin County post-oak country, where yaupon has crowded out the grass under the big oaks. We open up pastures, ranch roads and fence lines without touching the trees you want to keep. Bellville →
Magnolia, Stagecoach and Pinehurst: the pine woods off FM 1488 and FM 1774, where yaupon, briar and young pine choke wooded homesites. Selective clearing and mulching keep the good pines standing. Magnolia →
Hockley, Waller and Pattison: fast-growing Waller County acreage with tallow and yaupon thickets along fence lines and creeks. Hempstead & Waller →
Simonton, Orchard and Wallis: Brazos and San Bernard River bottoms, where Chinese tallow comes back every year. That makes them a good fit for scheduled maintenance clearing.
Tomball, Todd Mission and Montgomery: wooded acreage and ranchettes on the edge of the Pineywoods.
Columbus: Colorado River bottom ground with mesquite, huisache and yaupon. Columbus →
Fulshear and Brookshire: estate and equestrian lots with wooded pockets that need opening up. Fulshear → · Brookshire →

Retention pond cleanout: clear vegetation and buildup from retention ponds and drainage edges, scoped from photos and access.

What's not included
Selective forestry mulching of brush and small trees is available; large-tree felling and heavy timber are scoped separately. Stump work is available and priced in your written quote. Engineering, drainage design, septic and irrigation are outside our scope. We'll tell you up front if a job needs a different contractor.
How a brush clearing quote works
Send photos and the location. Show the brush, stem sizes, access gates or entry points, fence lines and terrain. Include the city or ZIP and county.
Tell us the size and the finish you want. Approximate acreage or lot dimensions, and whether you want it cut down, opened up for mowing, or prepped for grading.
Get a written scope and price. Quotes and site visits are free within 30 miles of Sealy; beyond 30 miles the quote or site-visit fee is $125. Travel and mobilization from Sealy are included in the job quote. Some jobs need a quick site visit first.
We schedule and clear. We leave the property the way the quote describes.
What affects the price
We don't post flat rates, because brush jobs vary a lot. Your quote depends on: - Acreage or linear feet of fence line - Brush density, height and stem size - Terrain, wet ground, slopes and obstacles (stumps, debris, old fence, rocks) - Access for a skid steer and trailer - The finish you want, and whether debris is piled on-site or hauled away - Travel distance from Sealy

Why winter is a great time to clear
Brush grows slowly in the cooler months, it's easier to see the ground, fence lines and obstacles, and the property is ready before spring growth takes off. Winter dates fill up, so send your photos early.
